Updating Payment Methods in CommuniKate

Need to update your credit card or remove an old payment method? Here's how to manage your CommuniKate billing information quickly and securely.

🔄 How to Update Your Payment Method

  1. Go to: https://billing.communikateone.com and log in using your Primary Mailbox credentials. (Need help logging in?)
  2. On the left menu, click Payment Options
  3. You can:
    • Change the default card, or
    • Click Change Payment Method to add a new credit or debit card
  4. Enter your new card details
  5. Click Submit
✅ Note: Only the Primary Mailbox holder can update or manage payment information online.
