How to Log In to CommuniKate (and Fix Wrong Mailbox Issues)
When logging into CommuniKate, make sure to use the correct username:

Use either:
- Your Kate toll-free number (it should begin with an 8)
- Your Kate email address (must end in @katewwdb.comβall lowercase)
β Do not use:
- Your Gmail, Yahoo, or other personal email
- Your cell phone number
These will not work as valid usernames.
If You're Logged Into the Wrong Mailbox
If you've accidentally landed in the wrong mailbox and can't access yours, here's what to check:
- Make sure you're entering your password.
- Remember, your Primary and Secondary mailboxes each have separate passwords. That's how CommuniKate knows where to log in.
