Once your request to cancel your CommuniKate account is processed, your account will be scheduled to close before your next billing date. You will not be charged again after the closure takes effect.
Per our Terms & Conditions, we are unable to offer refunds once a billing cycle has started, even if cancellation is requested on or shortly after your billing date:
"If Services are terminated before the end of your current billing cycle, the Monthly Service Charge is not prorated to the date of termination."
