CommuniKate Cancellation Policy

Once your request to cancel your CommuniKate account—submitted through one of our approved methods (billing website, Kate app, or by mail)—is processed, your account will be scheduled to close before your next billing date, and you will not be charged again.

🔒 What "Pending Closure" Means

If you see "Pending Closure" on your billing dashboard, it means your cancellation request has been received and your account is scheduled to automatically close before your next billing cycle. No additional action is required.

Your account will remain accessible until the closure date. After that date:

💸 Refund Policy

Per our Terms and Conditions:

"If Services are terminated before the end of your current billing cycle, the Monthly Service Charge is not prorated to the date of termination."

This means that even if you cancel on, or shortly after your billing date, we are unable to offer a refund for the unused portion of that month. Your account will remain accessible through the end of your billing cycle, then close as scheduled.
