Updating Your Contact or Billing Email

Your current @katewwdb.com email will continue to work as a login username even after email is retired.

However, if you'd like to update your contact or billing email, please follow the steps below:

📧 To Update Your Contact Email:

1. Log into your customer website.
2. Go to My Account > Account Information.
3. Update your contact email and click Save.

💳 To Update Your Billing Email:

1. Log into your customer website.
2. Go to My Account > Billing.
3. In the billing portal, scroll down to Update Information.
4. Update your billing email as needed and click Save.
