- iPhone/iOS โ Search for CommuniKate IBO in the App Store (iTunes)
- Android โ Search for CommuniKate IBO in the Google Play Store
๐ค Who can use the app?
The app is available to all CommuniKate customers with an active Unlimited account.
๐ป Can I use the app on my tablet?
- The display will retain phone-sized formatting, even on larger screens.
- To install on an iPad:
- Open the App Store
- Search for CommuniKate IBO
- If no results appear, change the top-left dropdown from "iPad Only" to "iPhone Only"
- Search again to locate the app
๐ Why was I logged out of the app?
- Poor or unstable internet connection
- A billing issue affecting your account access
- System maintenance or a temporary technical issue
