How to Download Your Saved Messages

You can now download all your saved CommuniKate messages to your device. The messages are grouped into ZIP files (each with up to 100 messages) and saved as MP3s. You can play them using Apple Music, Windows Media Player, or any MP3-compatible app.

🔹 Step 1: Go to the Download Messages Page

• Log in at https://app.katewwdb.com
• Click Settings on the left menu.
• Select Download Messages under Account Information

🔹 Step 2: Start the Download Queue

• Click Start Download Queue.
• You'll see a message: "Download Queue Started – We're preparing your messages."
• It may take a few minutes.

🔹 Step 3: Watch for an Email Notification

When your messages are ready, you'll get an email from CommuniKate Team (noreply@webley.com).

Click the button that says: "Download your messages here."

🔹 Step 4: Download Your Files

Back on the Download Messages page, click Check Download Status to see your ready files.

Each ZIP file will be named like this: 2025-06-12T20-10-18_batch1.zip

Click Download to save them to your device.

🔹 Step 5: Open the Files and Listen

• Unzip the downloaded file.
• Inside, you'll find MP3 files named by date and sender, like: 2025-07-03-FirstName_LastName.mp3
• Open them in Apple Music, Windows Media Player, or any MP3 app.
