How Do I Update Billing or Reopen My Account?

Whether you need to update your payment method or reopen your account, here's how:

💳 Update Your Credit Card on File

  1. Go to https://login.katewwdb.com/
  2. Log in using your Kate toll-free number (starting with 8) or Kate email (ending in @katewwdb.com)
  3. Click My Account in the top-right corner
  4. Select Billing
  5. On the Billing Management screen, click + Add Payment Method
  6. Choose Credit Card, enter your new payment info, and click Save

🔁 Reopen Your Account

  1. Visit https://billing.communikateone.com/
  2. Log in with your Primary Kate toll-free number or Kate email, and your Kate password
  3. Follow the on-screen prompts to pay any outstanding balance

✅ Once payment is submitted, your account will be reactivated immediately and you can start using CommuniKate again.
