Even if your CommuniKate account is closed, you can still securely view and download your past invoices and receipts through our Stripe billing portal.
Visit the secure billing portal here:

You'll see this login screen:
Enter the email address associated with your CommuniKate billing account, then click Send.
You'll receive an email within a minute or two titled "Your customer portal login link" from CommuniKate via Stripe.
If your email is active with CommuniKate, you'll receive the link (it's valid for 30 minutes).
If not, you can click "Use a different email" or contact us at support@callmykate.com for assistance.
Open the message from CommuniKate and click the blue "Log in to your customer portal" button.
The email subject is "Your customer portal login link" and the email is from an address ending in @stripe.com. You'll be directed to your secure customer portal.
Once logged in, you'll see your payment method and full invoice history.
Invoices are listed by date and marked "Paid."
Click on any invoice to view details. Then select Download invoice or Download receipt for your records or tax purposes.
Your invoice will display the charge amount, payment method, and date paid.
