Statements

You can access your billing statements in your CommuniKate web site.

Click My Account, then Billing. In the left menu, click Billing Statements.

If your screen sticks on loading after clicking Billing Statements, then refresh and the screen will be accessible.

Billing

You can review and change your billing information online.

    Log in to your CommuniKate New Look website.

    Click My Account then Billing. From this screen you can make a payment and review your recent transactions.

    Click Payment Options in the left menu to update the payment method on file for your account.

    Click Account Information in the left menu to update your Billing Address or the e-mail address where your statements are sent.

    Any changes will take effect immediately. Pending transactions will be automatically retried when new billing information is saved.
